Congratulations to my co-worker!

Well, congratulations to my co-worker who's having a kid with his wife today! Happy for him and hope it goes awesome, I'm in a tad of a panic at work though since he deals with so many people and helps with so many things, so with him off I'm going to need to figure it out, oh well, tis' the life!

For breakfast today, I cooked some chicken burgers.

Still morning, another update - my co-worker's wife didn't have the kid yet, false alarm, woo, thankfully that crisis was averted for now at least, hopefully we can get to hiring someone to cover his absense as soon as possible.

Getting a bit hungry, I have some cereal laying around, but I kind of decided I'm back on the healthy diet. Had a black coffee which was nice, having flavoured ice cream coffee's in my keurig. I love the low effortness of keurig, wonderful invention, sorry environment. Going to just keep spamming coffee and maybe some tea I guess, maybe I'll make some iced coffee. Time I go back to not eating like complete shit though as I prepare for gym hopefully in a week or two. Man, my wrist is still fucked. Recovering day by day bit by bit, but just taking time. Sucks! Oh well, at least I work from home and don't need to be putting heavy boxes on shelves, or stuff' like that.

I was going to have chicken burgers for lunch, but mom cooked me some fries and gravy. It was good, thanks mom

Afternoon update, getting hungry again, doing good today at not eating unhealthy, moms food earlier helped for sure, I'll probably cook chicken burgers again soon in a bit, maybe some samyang ramen if I feel fancy. Day hasn't been too bad with my co-worker off, a bit busy, but manageable. Been drinking a ton of keurig coffee's today, had about 6 or 7, and the caffeine is really helping give me energy and keep me not hungry. The flavoured coffee pods take the edge off wanting sugar/juice too. Nice!

Evening update, well, I made it through the work week folks! Ready for the weekend, some weeks go by quick but this was a bit of a slower yet busier week. Anywho, looking forward to the weeks to come too, just on the grind!

2025-02-21Vitamins

I haven't had my vitamin stack in a while, but today while playing Habbo Hotel someone randomly said I should take some glucosamine chondroitin (might have spelled that wrong, don't care not googling even though this took longer to type), for my wrist injury, I forget their reasoning for it exactly but yeah, I should probably get back into vitamins mostly so my body has whatever it needs to optimally work. Omega-3, Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, some magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, apple cider vinegar, ashwaghanda, glucosamine chondroitin, coenzyme Q-10, I think that's it? At some point years ago, I figured I should start taking the daily recommended vitamins, so I looked on a website called Cronometer the daily recommended vitamins, and just kept going to Walmart/Amazon to buy more until I got the ones that made the stack look good. I figure it's healthy, some people say it's not or it's unneccessary, eh, fuck it, I think it's healthier taking them than not.
