Wrist Stretches

Holy moly folks, been what, 8 weeks now since I injured my wrist? Yikes! Day by day it feels like it's slowly healing, but it's still got issues. Every time I put my hands beside each other though, other than still some mild swelling, nothing looks out of place too much, so I think it's healing as it should. Just found some YouTube video that has some recommendations for wrist stretches, took a hammer, held it half way down, rotated it left and right, did a bunch of other wrist stretches, I think that's helping, gonna keep doing that. The whole department at work is still off this week, so I've been quite busy dealing with work stuff, but I like my job and I think I'm good at fixing the important things in priority, so I'm just getting through things best I can.
