2018 Subaru Crosstrek

About This Car (2025-02-16)

I got this car late December 2024, after my 2008 Hyundai Elantra died. Financed it and paid around 21k out the door, 130,000 kilometers on the odometer, and a 6-speed manual transmission. Just wanted something that was less shit than the Hyundai, and this car is awesome for getting around. The all wheel drive is great in the snow. I expected the car to be a bit better on gas, but it's fine, it's gutless but I don't need something fast for that cars purpose, its job is to live long now for the future winters. I got it some sort of asphalt undercoated when I got it at the dealership. It was around $1,300.00CAD extra, but they said it's lifetime rust-proofing, I asked, they didn't try to sell me it, I just don't want to think about rust on this car for a while. Although there is a tiny spot at the top of the windshield I want paint corrected, haha. Anywho, that's just the ramble about this car, I wanted to just get this on my site, I'll post future updates to it if any, but not planning to modify this car really. Was thinking a new radio and speakers, but even then, probably not, I'll just leave the nice audio to the Rav4. It will bear my license plate "Habbo" for the foreseeable future, I'm still happy I got this plate, I enjoy the game.
